What is a Real Estate Equity Partnership?
A real estate equity partnership is a company that pools the money of selected investors to purchase and operate income-producing properties. Investors receive a portion of those properties’ cash flow(s) as dividends and then a portion of the net profits upon the sale of managed properties as a return on their initial investment.
